Shipping & Returns Policy

Conflate Tekstil Pazarlama Ticaret LTD.ÅžTÄ°. ("we" and "us") (https://www.ivorypureatelier.com) is the operator of the ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the following terms. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree on this arrangement in order to mutually protect our service and set expectations.

 

1. General

It depends on stock availability. We try to keep stock counts accurate on our website, but there may be occasional stock inconsistencies and we won't be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send you available items and contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the re-ordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be charged with purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

3. Return

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Conflate Tekstil Pazarlama Ticaret LTD.ÅžTÄ°. We will gladly accept returns for change of mind, provided that we receive a return request within 15 days of receipt of the product and that it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and resalable condition.

Return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will need to arrange their own shipping.

 

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via e-mail when this is complete.

 

(Conflate Tekstil Pazarlama Ticaret LTD.ÅžTÄ°.) will refund the value of the returned goods, but will not refund the shipping cost paid.

 

3.2 Warranty Return

Conflate Tekstil Pazarlama Ticaret LTD.ÅžTÄ°. will gladly honor any applicable warranty claims provided that a claim is made within 90 days of receipt of the items.

Customers will be required to prepay the return shipping cost, but we will refund you if the warranty claim is successful.

Upon receipt of the products for warranty claim, Conflate Tekstil Pazarlama Ticaret LTD.ÅžTÄ°. within 7 days to process your warranty claim.

Once the warranty claim has been approved, you will receive one of the following options:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) repayment on store credit

(c) a new item shipped to you (if stock is available)

 

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

 

4.2 International transit time

Generally, orders shipped internationally are shipped for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you choose. We are able to provide a more specific estimate when choosing your courier at checkout.

 

4.3 Shipment Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of payment of the order.

Our warehouse operates within standard working hours on Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

 

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For shipping address change requests, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

 

4.5 PO Box Shipping

Conflate Tekstil Pazarlama Ticaret LTD.ÅžTÄ°. Box addresses using only postal services to be sent to the PO. We cannot provide courier service to these locations.

 

4.6 Military Address Sending

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot provide this service using courier services.

 

4.7 Out of Stock Products

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and ship the rest of the order.

 

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the stipulated time, please contact us so we can investigate.

 

5. Tracking Notifications

After shipment, customers will be sent a tracking link where they can track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

 

6. Parcels Damaged in Transport

If you find that a package has been damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered while you were away, please contact customer service for next steps.

 

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as shown on the website

 

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid on arrival in the country of destination without any additional charges to be paid by the customer.

 

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before your order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

 

9. Insurance

Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.

 

9.1 Process of parcel damaged during transport

We will issue a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes its investigation of the claim.

 

9.2 Parcel lost in transit

We will issue a refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and decides the package is lost.
